I was the wedding photographer at The Union Club in Soho, London early last year, for another lovely London wedding, and it was photographs from that day that Widari and Kyle had seen which led them to book me for this wedding, starting at Islington Town Hall. They're both great venues, giving a unique London flavour to any wedding celebrations.
The day began with the preparations at the magnificent St Pancras Renaissance Hotel with its amazing main staircase which gave me a great background for some quick portraits and family pictures. A short taxi journey to Islington Town Hall for the wedding ceremony followed. After the ceremony and group photographs, the guests all boarded a Routemaster traditional red London bus for the ride to the Union Club in the heart of Soho. It's a 270 year old listed Georgian townhouse that oozes with character and ambience.
Here's some of my favourite photos from the day.
